Prospective Development of the Russian Geodetic Reference Network as a Component Part of the Unified Coordinate-Time and Navigation Support System

Abstract
Proposals aimed at structure improvement of the Russian geodetic network are discussed in the article. The network is considered as a physical representation of terrestrial reference frame and as an important element of the Integrated System for Positioning, Navigation and Timing.
