Тридцать шесть лет работы ГЛОНАСС. Взгляд из Индии

Аннотация

С момента ввода ГЛОНАСС в эксплуатацию в 1982 г. прошло 35 лет. Система стала первой глобальной альтернативой GPS и тем самым привлекла внимание пользователей во всем мире. В статье приведена краткая история ГЛОНАСС от возникновения концепции до развития, деградации и модернизации, а также обзор научных работ, в которых изложены аспекты ее разработки и преимущества использования как отдельно, так и совместно с другими глобальными навигационными спутниковыми системами (ГНСС). Рассмотрен опыт применения ГЛОНАСС в Индии в течение всего периода работы системы; в основу исследования положен систематический долгосрочный анализ работы в режиме реального времени на территории Индии и на первоначальном этапе, и на этапе восстановления и модернизации. Учитывая многолетний опыт применения ГЛОНАСС, приводятся рекомендации по дальнейшей популяризации и повышению качества ее работы в Индии. Обзор может быть полезен для более глубокого понимания возможностей и перспектив использования этой системы в регионе.
